This is claimed to be an "original WWI Vickers machinegun condensing kit." Is this correct?

Looks like an oil can set...
I have never seen anything like that for a Vickers....

years ago oops that makes me feel old
we used to carry 4 types of oil for our chieftain tanks OMD75 engine OEP 220 gear OM 13 hyd OM18 hyd
i wonder if this box of cans had the same pupose for a war time tank or some thing like that
becouse the cans are diferent sizes it would make sence as to the amount of oil of each type that has been judged to be required as spare as we had 5 gallon and 1 gallon cans dependent on oil type
also they apear to have intregal funnels
i supose im a million miles from the mark cheers ian
