Gents,
In case anybody was bidding on it or watching it, do not despair! I won the 1923 handbook on eBay and received it today. I wasn't aware of a 1923 edition so it was nice to see come up. I will scan it and upload in the next few weeks. There's a few nice snippets of different information in there but it does largely seem the same as the 1918 one with the updated bits contained in the 1930 one.
