There may be some boxes out there, good luck. I don't know of any that sold here recently, but mine went to another forum member. I don't want to discuss price I sold it for without permission because that is not fair but you can more or less DOUBLE your estimate for a set of 4, with adaptor. The mags from this guy on Milweb are in very very good condition. The one I have looked at is a Mk1 and nicely A marked for Austin maker. If I can post a pic I shall try or maybe email it to someone who can! [kev ] Regards Matt Gibbs

Sure Matt email me the pics I 'don't think the drum mags are going to get any cheaper, unless a flood of them turn up on the market (which is unlikely) It's an item that has allways seemed expensive even when IMA were selling them as a boxed set of 4 with all the bits for $500. The dutchmen bought up all IMA's boxed sets and the price doubled overnight and when IMA saw what the price they were selling for their remaining loose drums shot up in price too. You can play the waiting game and hope to get lucky picking one up privately for a bargain , but if you don't you risk the retail price going up again in the delay

Well if u r both right then that guy should not have that mag anymore. But I discussed that with many people and none of them seemed to b in mood to buy it. Everybody says that Drum mags r expensive but nobody pay the price that dealers ask. Even how 400 pounds for one I strongly believe that it is too much. Good hunting to everyone guys.

To be clear - he doesn't have that mag anymore. He does have 2 or 3 others in stock, or he did last week because I have made a deal on one. Hope this clears up the confusion. He also has an incomplete 1 externally good but no internals, which is cheaper.

For drum mags it seems you have to be quick, and hey, they went quick. Emailled this guy today, and I am led to believe they are now all gone. I think a northerly friend of mine is taking the last one. It may be that the incomplete one is still there, but I think thats it. Sheesh, they soon went didn't they.. !!! Did any other forum members look at these, and get one, I wonder. Many thanks for putting up the pics kev, I still don't have the hang of that yet. In the lower pic just below the 2 parallel rivets what looks like a little round mark is the nice circled letter A maker stamp. Best wishes Matt Gibbs

Now picked up mine from the seller while he was on a trip in the UK, and also collected another one for a fellow enthusiast! Came complete with the loader bracket from the box and adaptor for the gun. Just need an empty box now LOL. TTFN Matt
