Just aquired a couple of cases with bullets, cases are 81mm long, bullets are huge flatbottomed jobs. Head stamps are
K39

if so, roughly whats a resonable price for them as i will be shifting them on as i don't do pre '45 stuff niow?

I think the markings mean Kynoch 1939 Semi Armour Piercing Mk I nitro-cellulose or Ballistite propellent

I can confirm Tom's identification of the FIZ round.
The FIZ was about the commonest loading of the .5 Vickers, together with the FG (Semi-AP Tracer) loads. The RN found that the semi-AP was just as effective as the full armour piercing round but much cheaper to make as it saved on high quality steel. Given the numbers fired by the naval multi-gun installations this was an important strategic consideration.
