Hi Gyles
My needs are the same as Tom! My gun has not arrived yet but in anticipation I have reformed some 25 rd 8mm Lebel strips to hold the .303 ctgs. Genuine .303 strips seem hard to find.

If I find a stash (of feed strips!) I'll let you know. I'm kicking myself because I saw one for sale at the Brum arms fair at the weekend. It was 30rd type complete with WW2 dated rounds. Chap wanted £40 for it.

Further to my earlier post on this subject, I now have 30 & 15 rd examples, but I need one or two 9 rd examples plus a complete section of the Hotchkiss 'belt' (a series of short articulated strips). I am happy to buy or trade. I can spare a 15 rd clip, and I have a variety of other MG bits lying around.

I have a 4" cut piece of Hotchkiss strip, which contained 303 ctges when I obtained it. Would like to confirm that it really is 303. The cartridges slot in quite nicely...is that confirmation enough? Will post a pic if that helps.... Also after 303 Vickers Mk 1 or 2 Disintegrating Belt Links if anyone can help.
regards,
Peter.
