Rich, How do you read them, I only get the cover showing and no way to veiw other pages?

They are .tif files.
If you are reading using Microsoft Image and Fax viewer (comes installed on XP), there will be a new set of 'tabs' appear in the bottom of the screen that will be for moving through pages.
If using Microsoft Office Document Imaging, they should open a new file.
I suppose what I am trying to say is what program are you using to view them? If you can tell me, I will try and troubleshoot for you.

Due to popular demand, all files are going to be .pdf files to be opened using Adobe Acrobat. I have completed the UK section and will work through the other countries shortly.
Hopefully this will be easier for people. They are taking up a bit more bandwidth though as they are approx 25% bigger than the .tif files.
