wanted tripod for vickers machine gun or even just the socket i have the cradle for the gun but no elavation gear

Hi thier,
Have not noticed any tripods adrift on the uk market but thier were quite a few at beltring with a mix of dates.
You may have to wait for next season and lurk around the overseas stalls to see what they have brought over .
Can't advise you of prices as i did not ask.
What cradle do you have ? brass ,steel or alloy ?
