I was just having a 'surf' around the internet and found that Weapons of War in Canada currently have a book on the Vickers in Commission. It is titled as "Vickers in Canadian Service" and is being authored by Ken Reynolds. Current status is "In Preparation" and cost is to be CDN$9.95.
