For sale - Vickers MKII dial sight in case with emergency level and M1943 mark on the carrying webbing.
If you are unfamiliar with the working of a Vickers dial sight please search this forum for details. Please remember this is NOT a telescopic sight with adjustable optics and a crosshair etc. I have tried to show the condition and what can be seen through the lensatic lens in the photos. A celluloid material was used for the outer lens fitting of the lensatic and this has yellowed and crazed over the passage of time and as a result it has become obsured - only by removing it can you see the sight triangle. The rear of the lensatic sight has a small chip on the lens - see photos.
Great to display on your Vickers MG if it has the dial sight mounting bracket fitted
