hello last weekend we were invited to take part in the event of "800 years Hoogstraten". this town saw heavy fighting during september and october. and was reduced to rubble in the proces. for this occasion we rebadged ourselves as the "2nd Bn. Kensington regiment" of the 49th West Riding division. it was a first training weekend , but this summer we hope to represent an whole MMG section. some pictures of the weekend : for more pictures , please go to our site: www.pattern37.be , and then go to the photo page.

You look very good. Get some helmet nets on the Mk. II helmets and try to get as many using Mk. IIIs as there's a lot of photos to support that. Certainly looks better than most reenactments. Nice to see the correct equipment being used as well.
Rich
PS - Box specs should be ready this weekend!!

thanks for the advice richard
our main impression is 4th Bn. KSLI, so thats why most of us have Mk2 helmets.
i am the gunner in these pictures, and since it was a public event i dicided to take a tommy helmet without scrim (so the visitors see the typical helmet shape).
