When I qualified with the SLR, we also used the .22 sub calibre kit which enabled cheap & easy practice using .22 LR rounds. Are these still around? I think I have some pics knocking around somewhere if people are interested.

These were purchased off the shelf from H&K, no doubt they can still supply them. Accuracy was only fair, with the front end free to rattle around inside the bore, and the 'sweepings off the factory floor' Eley .22s that must have had Long Service medals didn't help, either.

I am not sure what your asking?
If your in Canada and want to import a FN FAL?
Your not going to be able to... The FN FAL (AKA: C1A1(Canadian), L1A1(British, Australian), 1A1(Indian). are all prohibited in here and you need a special license endorsement to own. Unless its deactivated. No new imports are allowed.
Having said that there are some out there that can be purchased if you are properly licensed.
The sub-cal kits are out there as well.... they are not regulated... they can be had but are a little pricy...
As far as I know they were never made in just .22.....
just my 2 cents....
