Terry,
The metal hose is probably a reproduction for that price but it depends on what you want to recreate. A Great War Vickers would use the metal hose and it would be fine but if representing anything after 1920 then it is not correct and you are best off saving up - I didn't have any hoses for about five years after I got my first Vickers. Ian Durrant of The Gunner has reproduction hose attachments.
The best location for the other items is ANY militaria fair near to you OR the dreaded eBay. Expect to pay about £15 for a belt now. The wooden box shouldn't be more than £2 or £3 and up to £10 if marked up correctly.
Hope this helps,
Richard

Terry,
It looks very good irrespective of being repro or not. Probably worth £100 even if repro but you won't know until you get it in your hands.

Hi buying hose conector from the Gunner and just what some advise on the hose i should buy to fit on to it, correct colour etc. or a supplier of correct type of hose. The Vickers is a 1944 dated one so looking for what would be correct for that approx time frame
Cheers Terry
