Hi folks since we are pretty much ripping out the back garden, less trees I've said the boys can dig a trench so long as it gets filled in at some point.
I can't access my books so does anyone have the drawings/ dimensions for a 40s/50s LMG pit/trench to take a Bren tripod? Theres plenty of wood from a giant chicken hut we are knocking down and I dare say i can get some old school sandbags.
Cheers

SATs only show emplacements for use with the bipod - no tripod dimensions.
I'll have a look somewhere else.

Yeah, it may have been in a Engineers manual which explains why I haven't got it scanned in. Cheers for looking!

I think it must have been. I can't find my Field Engineering manuals but if I do, I'll scan the relevant page.
