Dummy Lewis Gun Receiver

Is there currently a vendor, either in the U.S. or the U.K, that makes a dummy lewis gun receiver that can be used to make a non-firing display gun from a Lewis parts kit? I was told that IRAC in the U.S. use to offer such a dummy receiver but no longer makes them.
