Are there any difference between the recoil springs for MkI/MkII/Mk3, 8mm Inglis MkI, L4 series?

Someone else will have to address the 8mm and L4 series, but the return spring for the Mk1 was different from that used in the Mk2/Mk3.
The Mk1 used one spring and the Mk2/Mk3 used a combination return spring that comprised an outer spring with a smaller inner spring that nested inside it.
