Box.Spare Parts & Tools Mk II

I have a chance to buy the above item to go with my Vickers HMG. it seems to be relatively complete but I do not know what it is worth as I have never seen one for sale that is this complete. Asking price is $700 US.
Any help would be appreciated.

The box looks to complete as far as i can see.

This box was probably made in Australia, by SLAZ (stamped on the side).

The price is what one would expect to pay for a box that is filled like this.
