I am looking for a number of small parts to repair a WWII vintage dial sight. The main part I am missing is listed (on page 17, Plate "S" as #3) and I believe it is called a clicker arm and sits between the two drums .
I could also use a few springs and screws, etc. I would like to either buy these parts outright or trade them for other (unrestricted) Vickers parts/dial indicator parts that I have duplicates of.
While I have a CD from Richard containing Vickers manuals, I do not have a manual that covers rebuilding these sights. I would also like to purchase or borrow a paper or electronic copy.
Do not have any idea how difficult it is to rebuild one of these sights, probably not a common occurrence to find one in pieces. I could also use a dial sight case if anyone has a spare.
Your comments are appreciated, let me know if you have any spares.

redroth, Check with Brian Poling at BRP Corp. Here is a link: www.brpguns.comLast I knew he was parting out two dial sights and selling the parts. I think he has what you need. Tell him "CaptMax" sent you. Good luck. CaptMax

Hi CaptMax, I know Brian well and he does not have this part. He said he will keep his eyes open though. See your comments on the 1919A4 forum often, nice work on the tripod. Regards, Redroth
