Hi folks Does anyone in the UK require any inert 7.92 as with the Besa gone I now have 450 of them, hAlff with silver heads, half with copper, all polished by yours truly and real pretty looking. The silver headed ones are all those early post war Czech ones which are identical to wartime ones they made for the Germans so they could be sold as wartime surplus, thus avoiding certain embargoes to various emerging and third world countries. They are all dated 44. To start that belt I used a dozen or so FN cases which were oiled and burned from the inside to leave the caps look unstruck in the top of a can or draped into a gun,. That's a MK I Besa belt in fine condition.
The other belt has copper heads and is a MK I * Besa belt also of 225 rounds. About half of those are unstruck ( from the outside ) FN 52 and the rest a variety of other makers, all struck.
I want £175 for each complete belt plus postage or I will strip them and sell the cartridges for a quid each, maybe with a discount for bulk.
Details on PMing me. The complete belts have attracted many positive comments over the years and look great as Christmas decorations.
There's also a 75 link belt of Jimpy 7.62 and a empty wooden 7.92 box, the sort that takes a tin liner with a filled belt.

Well folks, a picture paints a thousand words and all that! Top left 75 rounds of inert 7.62 Nato in Jimpy links, nice and shiny! Suitable for draping over a Pink Panther, doing a Pancho Villa or adorning the waist of another gone to seed metal head... £50 H52MK1 box, £25 or 15 if bought with a filled Besa belt Right MK I Besa belt with 225 7.92 Mauser copper coloured heads, the first 75 are unstruck FN ( oiled and burned from the inside to destroy the primers ) to look pretty in the feed tray. Lovingly polished by me before assembly into the belt. £175. If no takers I will split and sell for a quid a round on eBay, empty belt will be £20. Centre MK 1* Besa belt, 225 7.92 Mauser. Well the first 15 are unstruck FN with the same silver coloured heads as the rest of the belt o look good in the top of a box or feed tray. The rest are struck early post war Czech rounds with the same markings as wartime German stock ( UXa 44 headstand ) to get around embargoes to countries like Israel and various post colonial African States. £175 again if no takers will split for a quid a round, belt £20. Also a complete post war 200 round mark 5 belt, aluminium and cloth construction. £15 Plus actual stamp cost for whatever UK shipping you prefer, no padding for packaging, handling etc. ATB Tom
