Hi Looking for some advise on refinishing a Ammunition Box .303-IN. M.G., No.9, Mk.1, the box I have has many layers of thick paint applied in varying shades of green most seems applied with 6 inch brush, it is chipped and flaked and peeling all over with the odd dent and scratch. Should I strip of all old paint fill dents, apply under coat and respray. And if so what paint/colour do you recommend etc ?
Thanks Terry
