Added: References and 'Fun' pages

I have added a references and bibliography section to ensure that the works I use are appropriately referenced and any additional works that may be of use are mentioned. This is eomthing I have been quite poor about in the past and I hope to change this.

I have also added a 'fun' items section where I will put up Vickers related toys and models and links to the films and TV programs that the Vickers has featured in.
