There was one on Ebay last winter. As I recall it went for around $2500. I doubt this guys going to get any bids with a startimg price of $4500!!!! But one never knows with E-bay.

Saw one on Ebay last year, maybe the same one Nap saw, and followed it and it sold for about $4,000.
Problem with the apocryphal Vickers belt loader is not so much the price, it's finding one at all. I think what it boils down to is, how badly do you want one?

Thankfully I secured one a few years ago at a price that both I and the seller were happy with (i.e. a lot less than this) but it was missing the tray and leg (could soon be put together if I wished).
I seem to recall the last one on eBay making $4000ish.
