I recall seeing them for sale in Gun Mart in the Withams S.V. advert.
Just checked and they are there for £375. Be cagey though as some of these have been done in VERY recent years as I had a Vickers that had been SKN'ed to make it sell better. May have done the same with Brens.

There is one here - www.armsandarmour.co.uk/shop/shop.php'Proper' factory conversions should have the old serial number struck through and have a new SKN prefix serial number. SKN Brens are very spareingly cutaway as the one for sale above. Dealers tend to go mad on there cutaways and hack lumps out of everywhere !

My SKN was £295, and its a DD version aswell, also has the mk1 stock fitted unlike the above. Unfortunatly the one above, like mine, has had the bolt face cut away so it wont load rounds. The one at arundel was all present and could chamber and eject rounds.

having only just got back my interest in firearms. i find out that i know nothing about the subject:)
what is DD?
are there any Bren related sites that itemise / name all of the versions of the Bren with the various modifications that crept in over the period of manufacture. also manufacturers mark id, and add ons.
i've tried google, but keep being directed to airfix models on ebay:)
i saw another post on here somewhere, but can't find it for the moment. i know that cross posting is NOT a good thing.
TIA.
