Vickers 'K' gun with accessories and spare mag's

Funds needed for another project, therefore I am offering the following for sale.

Vickers 'K' gun. Deactivated with working action and complete with UK deactivation certificate.
Original Front and period fabricated rear sights.
Original Vickers made case deflector.
Original Vickers made case catcher bag.
One magazine on the gun, and six spare magazines. All originals. (some Vickers and some Austin manufactured)

Looking for £4250 o.n.o. for the complete package.

The 'K' was originally an aircraft gun, but saw extensive use with the SAS, the 1st Airborne Reconnaissance Squadron, and various armoured units (15th Recce, 11th Hussars, etc) Some were even used in a ground role by commando units.

I would love to see the photos! I am going to manufacture replica K guns and need all the info I can get. I have had access to one here but it is the only one I have seen and doesn't have any accessories. Good luck with your sale. It is a wee bit rich for me, even if I could bid on it, as it would be about NZ$15,000 by the time it got here!

I've just noticed that I should have fitted the front sight post in the other mounting position, just in front of the drum mag, as it is a different height to the rear sight. Oops!

Very, very tasty!! ;D My sole piece of 'K' gun is a magazine with the spring missing. Still, I guess thats better than nothing!
