In the pogo stick on the bottom shaft, inside thier is a thin rod with a light long spring covering it . The pin that is on the top shaft, is attached to the rod. Also the bottom shaft is groved so as too keep it alined . The top casted piece is casted from an origanel part in whitch it attaches to the AA mount on the forward part of the Bren Gun. The bottom cone is milled stock steel Rod, it clips into the brass stem via a trigger attached to the mount. thier was a shorter stick made that had no spring and was half the size , but i think it was a field conversion.
