Should anyone be looking for one, I've a spare MkI Bren Butt Plate and Folding Strap. John Inglis, mint. Looking for £150 or barter for WWII 2" mortar or interesting/unusual Lewis/Vickers items.

Last 2" mortar I saw was crated with all parts, deac, mint and was over £400. If I can get a hold of it would you do a trade with additional cash? Or are you looking for a sale really?

If the originator does not reply , I am interested. Was the base plate the infantry version or the one which fits in the carrier mount?

I think?(in a box somewhere?) i have a spare excellent condition handle for a 2" mortar, if you need one - like bren butt handle but simpler fitting. Good luck.
