Hello
I have been trying to locate a few Lewis drum mags to fill a set of web carriers that I am using for a display. Since this is almost impossible, can anyone supply any good close up pictures of the mags or even the dimensions of a mag so I can make up a couple of "dummy" ones for the display. Any help would be appreciated.

47 round Lewis Drum Magazines are available from Fire-Power International Ltd 01883 742696 £175 each.
A couple other dealers have also listed them recently, but they are probably from FPI anyway.
Edit:
John Price has one listed.
Worldwide Arms also lists them in their online catalogue.

John Price has one listed at £180, www.jpdeacts.com/ but check he hasn't sold it first, as when I bought a mortar from him and it didn't arrive in a reasonable time, I checked up and found out it had already been sold before I bought it, but not removed from his website.

Slightly off subject, but I presume Nepal had Lewis guns since they had the magazines for them. Any ideas where the guns are and if they would like to donate one to me?  Yours hopefully ;D |

These were the ones that Firepower were selling last year in Gun Mart. I believe they sold around 200 in just over a year and all are now on the open market or in collectors hands.

WOW! What a neat box! And what a neat pic! Wish I could have seen that in person, I got a stack of Lewis Drums from IMA, their USA counterpart, I'll bet they come from a similar box! How many came in there, I wonder?
