Could anyone please tell me what Lewis bits went where in the Mk III Vickers/Lewis Chest?

'The Belgian Rattlesnake' page 441-443 has details of the chests and their contents. It would appear that the Mk III chest is just a MK II with a steel strengthening strip to the rear of the lid. The contents were originally:
gun, adapter for mounting, spare barrel, cylinder cleaning brush, butt-stock, gas cylinder, mag loading tool, cylinder cleaning mop, cylinder cleaning rod, .303 MG cleaning rod, piston rod.
LoC 19344 (25 April 1917) modified the chest to hold the following additional parts;
Butt, butt cap, piston rod, & front radiator casing band.

Hi Rod it's more what goes where in the chest I need, thanks. Theres some stuff in the 1931 Small Arms Training Volume Vol II (Appendix I Pages 254-255 and Apendix II Page 270) and a couple of late 1920s LoCs, A 1853 and A 3645 but nowt deffinative..
I was hoping that some one with a Lewis had completed the CES and had done a pic of the chest and it contents (you know what I'm like for layouts! ;-{D)
Mind you they probably just bunged it in where ever it would fit!
