Do you mean the Bren Cover (see link Kev put up on another Lewis thread) or the leather and webbing job that they did for the prewar (well WWI really) Lewis pack saddlery?
The covers that are sometimes listed for the Lewis (and M1917) are actually ones for the Bren, which often shrink so are a poor fit for that gun.

Disregarding bren, besa and bowning covers, that have all appeared on Ebay as lewis covers, there are 2 specific lewis mg covers. The WWI version, which incidentally I am seeking and the WWII Australian version. These are the only 2 issue canvas/leather breech covers for the lewis and a WWII Aussie example recently sold on Ebay for US$85.00 Hope that helps. Mark

Ah, well, for you lucky people who collect Lewis there is a third cover introduced in LoC A 980 in July 1925 to go with the new packsaddlery for the Lewis, the sort with the metal racks to hold boxes of pans rather than the leather suitcases they had before (and which were later resused for the Bren Infantry pack saddlery, but digress)
Packsaddlery, M.G., .303-inch Cover, gun, Lewis canvas with web sling, New pattern
The description runs "-This is a canvas cover which fits over the gun from the breech to the muzzle. The muzzle is covered in leather. The breech end is fitted with a flap with a rapid release attachement. A web sling with a buckle forms part of the cover."
Is this the same as the WWII Australian cover?

Uw I think I have found another type of Lewis cover, specifically for the bike mounting, specifically "Cover action, Lewis gun, cyclists" with the attached "Cover muzzle, Lewis gun, cyclists", found it in LoC 20497 of December 1917 (although actually printed in June 1918)
Anybody know if they were actually made / issued?
