My barrel mouthpiece likes to gradually come unscrewed while firing, is there a locking washer that's supposed to be behind this, or was this normal? I know with the maxims you have to occasionally tighten the boosters, but this is a little hard to get to? Anyone else shoot Lewis guns on here?

The mouthpiece does need to be screwed up tight on the Lewis. There is no washer provided to go between the barrel and the mouthpiece. I find that a drop of standard grade Loctite helps keep the mouthpiece in place yet it can still be removed when required. I can't find any reference yet (I am still looking) for the Barrel Packing Washer. It is definitely not the gas collar that goes around the barrel.
