Well I don't know anything about Lewis kit,but the IMA pouches below-  with the description - "This Gunner’s Kit uses a special variation of the basic P37 pouch which includes a leather strap and a buckle closure for greater security. It also has three sewn-in loops inside for carrying essential tools. These pouches are extremely rare." Are identicle (inside and outside) to post war Italian pouches  If anyone wants a pair of these extremely rare pouches ;D please let me know as I have a spare set ! ......makes a change from the usual IMA made in India stuff I suppose ;D |

I don't know about the pouch, but the bits are certainly for a Lewis gun. I wonder if it's stuff from Nepal?
