Does anyone know what the 39 odd inch cleaning rods are for?
There seams to a a few floating around the UK now, unissued, phosphated black and apart from the lenght just like the Mk IIB used with the Bren.
Anybody know how long the M8 spotting rifles barrel is? The one used on the WOMBAT etc. The rod seams too short for a M2 .5" s barrel.
