These occasionally pop up on eBay for reasonable prices. There is a seller who obviously has quite a few and puts them on at a low starting price or a reasonable Buy-It-Now price.
Having just checked, the seller is 'billythetoole' and while he hasn't got one up now, the last one he had didn't sell (@ AUS$34.00).
