Hi Folks
Heres my Hotchkiss Portative Mk I* as is. The guy who sold it me may have the belt feed whatsit hidden away but what I would really like to do is find the wooden butt assembly (well, three since if I got one two guys I know with live guns would probably hunt me down...;-{D) and strip off the WWII FTR or collector black paint job and paint it up khaki like the WWI LoC (?) specifies.



Apart from copied doc's all I have for it is a battered combi tool and one rusty 15 round strip

OK folks, brain picking time
I know it has the horrible Turkish carrying handle added (I've yet to find any Turkish markings on it thankfully) and it needs repainting but whats a reasonable price for one of these in the UK at present. I'm talking not a silly over optomistic (sp?) dealer-sits on the shelf for years price but a good honest everyones happy price?

I can provide the factory drawings for the wooden "cavalry" butt assembly.
