For the experts out there, I have a question about the 100 round Drum Magazine. I picked up a drum that looks to be original. It appears to only hold 50 rounds. (Have to confirm by loading it). It has the same markings.... Feuer! (in red) above Kurbel hoch (in white) above the crank (In english... to fire lift crank) then at the bottom "nicht vertauschbar" (not interchangeable). On the other side impressed initials that look like "R.R.C." or "P.R.C." The spool has the same pressed initials on both sides as well as "nicht vertauschbar" (not interchangeable) Any wisdom out there on what I may have.... I will try to follow up with some pictures..
Thanks, CRaig

From the photos I have, it certainly sounds to be an original 100 round drum, and I have no records which would indicate that they ever made a 50 round drum. You will know for sure when you put a belt in it. If you know of any others available I would be extremely interested. My gun has the hanger but no drum.

I need just a reel for the Patronenkasten 16, if anyone has one loose from the drum itself! Thanks!
