I have been searching for an L1A1 old spec that's in reasonably good order for a price that doesn't result in my having to prize out the mother-in-law's gold fillings. I want plastic furniture with Mag, Sling and Cleaning Kit.
Something I can show the kids "what daddy used to use" and have them cock it (or try) and squeeze off the action. I've been seeing prices of £500 to £650 but my budget doesn't run that high.
