Hi All, I've managed to dig up a very tatty and bent up Bren butt-slide or lower receiver down here in Oz finally. It's in a real sorry state but I'm hoping I'll be able to straighten it out ( as it's been bent and crushed ) good enough to use for a display / deac piece. However due to it's condition and me not having another for reference apart from a couple of pictures ( thanks Tom ) I need some detail images of one for me to use as a guide. Does anyone or could anyone take some close up photos to send down the line to me of a Mk.2. butt-slide? I especially need images of the attachment point for the butt taken from the rear looking forward. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance. ; Mal.

Hi Mal (ask any Saffrican you find over there about the REAL meaning of your name - common in collecting circles!).
I will be happy to oblige with pics of Mk2 as long as it doesn't entail stripping the butt group. I can also help you with a Mk2 butt assy if needed - I think I still have one or two spares with attached metal.
Cheers
