Hi Guys (and gals?), If anybody on the forum, new or old, would like to add your serial number to the database, please leave your:- Serial number, Date of manufacture, Manufacturer, Mk No. and any other info you may wish to add. also I'm going to list Bren tripod serials too, so feel free to leave them also. mk there is an E letter (not clear if its encased in D letter) 1943 s no: Y 7451

Here are my guns:
Gun 1 H4665 1941 Enfield Mk 1 .303Br Deact
Gun 2 A2901 1942 Lithgow Mk 1 .303Br Blank firing, "S" marked spare barrel A5582 Inglis
Gun 3 10T1302 1943 Inglis Mk II 7,62x51 Deact, South African conversion with barrel # matching to gun. Gun uses the FAL (straight) 20 or 30 rounds magazine
Gun 4 14T5321 1944 Inglis Mk II .303Br Deact

Hi I have a bren with this serial number it has a mk1 stamped on the body with a D and E inside it,I have been told that this is of enfield origin.
I was wondering about tracing its history it also has various other marks around the gun,I could post some pictures if required.
Could you tel when my gun was made and what number from the serial number.

Hi, I'm looking at mounting my bren on the wall could anyone suggest some mountings please, I'm looking at mounting it with the bipod closed up for ease of better mounting. Mike.
