Nepal had at least one that I know of. I read that the king, crown prince, nizam, grand poohbar, or whatever he was, used to amuse himself by firing one from the palace walls! ;D They were given some by Britain to ensure their 'loyalty'.

DD(E) 2331 that you passed on Tom shows the MKI version with the clamping bolt,(pic below) though it is not illustrated in the BGS MKI drum mag diagram. Kev could you please post that picture again or send to me? Thanks!

There was a set of 4 rotary mags with carrier, wind up handle and the adaptor sold on gunbroker.com in December 2011. I think it went for 2400 usd
Looked at it but out of my league!
